Cross Country Announces 2015 Schedule

PISCATAWAY, N.J. - The Rutgers men's cross country team released its 2015 schedule, it was announced Monday. The Scarlet Knights will compete in eight events during the season, including appearances in the Fordham Fiasco and Paul Short Invitational.
RU opens the season on Saturday, Sept. 12, when the team participates in the Fordham Fiasco at Van Cortlandt Park. The following week, Rutgers will head to the Rider Invitational on Saturday, Sept. 19 in Lawrenceville, N.J.
Rutgers competes in three events in October, beginning with the Paul Short Invitational on Friday, Oct. 2 at Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pa. The Scarlet Knights return to Van Cortlandt Park for the Metropolitan Championships on Friday, Oct. 9, followed by an appearance in the Princeton Invitational on Saturday, Oct. 17 at Princeton University.
The Big Ten Championships will be held at Northwestern University on Sunday, Nov. 1 in Chicago, Illinois. The NCAA Regionals take place on Friday, Nov. 13 back in Princeton, with the season concluding on Saturday, Nov. 21 at the IC4A Championships in the Bronx.
