KENNESAW, Ga. (Feb. 25, 2018) - Rutgers softball's final game at the Bailey Memorial Tournament against Morehead State has been canceled due to rain in Kennesaw, Georgia. It was originally scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 25 at 10 a.m.

The Scarlet Knights head back North following a 2-2 stint at the tournament, sweeping the host Owls 4-3 in extra innings and 7-0 on Friday, before setbacks to Florida A&M, 4-3, and Morehead State, 6-0, on Saturday. Senior first baseman Rebecca Hall hit .467 in four games with 14 total bases for a .933 slugging percentage, and sophomore pitcher Cambria Keefer didn't allow an earned run in 8.2 innings while posting her first career complete game shutout against Kennesaw State on Friday.

Rutgers returns to action on March 2-4 at the Pirate Classic at Hampton University in Virginia. RU will face the host Pirates twice, with two games against North Dakota and a single game opposite Maryland Eastern Shore to open the tourney.
