Women's T/F To Open Outdoor Season at Yellow Jacket Invitational

The Scarlet Knights will join host Georgia Tech along with Alabama A&M, Belmont, Florida State, Georgia, Georgia State, Jacksonville State, Kennesaw State, MTSU and UNC Asheville in the two-day meet.
Competition begins on Friday at 6 p.m. with the hammer throw, 5000m and 1500m and continues on Saturday with field events starting at 11 a.m. and all running events beginning at 12:30 p.m.

LAST TIME OUT
Rutgers closed out the indoor season at the ECAC Championships with fifth-year senior Bryanna Grant the runner-up in the triple jump, junior Oniesha Clarke landing in fourth in the long jump, junior Ariel Strunkey racing to a fifth place finish in the 200m and freshman Olympia Martin crossing the finish line in fifth in the 5000m.

After this weekend's competition in Atlanta, the Rutgers women's outdoor track and field teams makes its way down to Tampa, Florida to participate in the Bulls Invitational on March 22-23.
