
Hall Named Port City FC's Attacking MVP

PISCATAWAY, N.J. – Fresh off earning All-Gulf Coast Premier League and All-Eastern XI Team honors in helping to lead Port City FC to the 2018 GCPL title, Rutgers junior Jordan Hall was named the squad's Attacking MVP, it was announced on Tuesday.
The Manchester, England product led Port City FC with 11 goals and two assists and entering playoff action, ranked fourth in the GCPL in scoring.

The forward arrives "On The Banks" as a two-time All-American and United Soccer Coaches Junior College Scholar All-American from Mississippi Gulf Coast College where he totaled 57 goals and 24 assists in his two seasons with the Bulldogs.
As a freshman at MGCC, Hall was second in NJCAA Division I with 28 goals, added 12 assists and was named a National Soccer Coaches Association of America NJCAA Division I All-American First Team, All-South Region First Team, NJCAA Division I All-American Second Team and All-Region 23 Team.
As a sophomore in 2017, Hall finished tied for third in the country with 29 goals, while adding NJCAA First Team and USC Second Team All-American honors to his resume. He also participated in the MACJC All-Star Game.
Rutgers fans' first chance to see the 2018 Rutgers men's soccer team in action will be on Sunday, Aug. 19 at Yurcak Field with a preseason tune-up against Army West Point. Admission is free.
RU's regular season kicks off on the road with matchups at Loyola (MD) on Friday, Aug. 24, at UMBC on Monday, Aug. 27 and at Mount St. Mary's on Friday, Aug. 31 before the home opener with Elon on Sunday, Sept. 2 at 7 p.m.
