Tennis Faces Buffalo on Friday

PISCATAWAY, N.J. – Rutgers tennis welcomes Buffalo on Friday, March 1 for a 12:30 p.m. match at the East Brunswick Racquet Club.

RUTGERS QUICK HITS

Rutgers (4-2) split its road matches last week, falling to Princeton on Wednesday and topping Seton Hall on Sunday.
Sophomore Maya Jacobs leads the team with a 5-1 record at the No. 1 singles spot.
Junior Kat Muzik follows with a 4-1 singles record, including a 3-0 mark at the No. 3 spot.
The duo of freshman Tess Fisher and Muzik lead the team with a 3-1 doubles record as a pair.

SCOUTING BUFFALO

Buffalo (6-2) dropped a 6-1 match to West Virginia on Saturday. The loss snapped a three-game win streak for the Bulls.
Sanjana Sudhir leads the team with a 7-1 singles record across the No. 5 and No. 6 spot.
Chantal Martinez Blanco with a 6-2 singles record at the No. 1 position.
The duo of Nikoleta Antoniou-Karademitrou and Martinze Blanco pace the squad with a 7-1 record at No. 1 doubles.
