One of the top high school seniors in the country, Aragona closed out his final scholastic season with a perfect 42-0 record en route to the 2019 NJSIAA state title at 138 pounds for Pope John XXIII High School. A four-time state medalist and the top recruit in his weight class, according to FloWrestling, Aragona claimed the 2018 Who's No. 1 championship at 138 pounds.

Beat the Streets Benefit competitions, which began in 2010, have since become a major showcase of the best of international wrestling. This unique and electrifying annual event has helped Beat the Streets raise millions of dollars to support local youth wrestling programs which empower young people in New York City.
