INDIANAPOLIS, Ind . – It was a quick turnaround from Friday night's Big Ten dual meet with Purdue to Saturday morning's contest with IUPUI, but Rutgers women's swimming & diving prevailed with a 179-115 victory over the Jaguars.
Altogether, the Scarlet Knights claimed 10 victories, 10 runner-up performances and 11 third-place finishes.

- Tina Celik claimed first in both breaststroke events. In the 100 breast, she clocked in at 1:06.18 and hit the wall in 2:24.07 for first in the 200 breast. She was also the third-place finisher in 200 IM in 2:10.02.
- Beatriz Zoppeidossantos won both butterfly events including the fourth consecutive top time of the season in the 100 fly with a time of 56.58 along with a finish of 2:06.67 in the 200 fly. Additionally, Virginia Menicucci placed third in the 100 fly in 58.21 while Katie Dougherty was the runner-up in the 200 fly following Zoppeiddossantos in a time of 2:11.41.
- Alice Scarabelli won her fourth-straight 200 free of the year posting a time of 1:50.20 and also claimed first in the 100 free in 51.40. Fellow Scarlet Knight newcomer Sofia Lobova also added a third-place performance in the 100 free logging a time of 53.67
- Sofia Chichaikina registered runner-up performances in three events - the 50 free (23.84), 200 free (1:50.25) and 200 breast (2:24.46), as did Simone Lusby in the 200 back (2:06.44) and 200 IM (2:10.02.)
- The Scarlet Knights went 2-3 in both the 50 free and 100 back. Menicucci trailed Chichaikina in the 50 free for third place in a time of 24.24. Eleanora Trentin was the 100 back's runner-up in 58.11 followed by Lusby capturing a time of 59.00.
- Rutgers went 2-3 in both distance events.
- Cat Salladin placed second in the 500 free in 5:20.07 and 1000 free in 10:44.10 while Yael Weber was third in the 500 free in 5:26.69 and 1000 free in 10:50.68.Â
- Abigail Knapton took both the 1M and 3M events.
- On 1M, Knapton claimed first with a score of 303.83 while Savana Trueb placed third accumulating 279.75 points.
- The Scarlet Knights took the top four spots on 3M all with season bests. Knapton led the way scoring a season-best 344.44 and Trueb was the runner-up scoring 300.68. Jenna Douglass finished third with 264.60 points and Holly Prasanto took fourth scoring 263.55. Â
- Knapton's score of 344.44 on 3M was the third-best score in Rutgers history.
- The Rutgers women's swimming and diving team is back home to host Harvard at the Rutgers Aquatics Center on Friday, Nov. 5 at 6 p.m.
