Tennis Travels to Michigan for Two Big Ten Matchups

PISCATAWAY, N.J. – Rutgers tennis continues its 2021 schedule with a trip to Michigan for a pair of matches this weekend. The Scarlet Knights first visit the Michigan Wolverines on Saturday, Feb. 13 at 12 p.m. ET. Rutgers will then matchup with Michigan State on Sunday, Feb. 14 for a 11 a.m. ET contest.
Rutgers is back home at the East Brunswick Racquet Club to host Penn State on Saturday, Feb. 20 at 2 p.m. ET. The Scarlet Knights then welcome Ohio State on Sunday, Feb.21 at 11 a.m. ET.

- RU opened its 2021 campaign with a one-day tournament against Maryland, claiming two doubles victories and four singles wins.
- The duos of junior Tess Fisher and freshman Alisa Prinyarux, and senior Isabelle Da Silva and fifth-year senior Jaci Cochrane collected the doubles victories for Rutgers.
- Freshmen Chloe Brown and Daira Cardenas, Cochrane and Fisher an each claimed a singles win.
- It marked the first appearances for Brown, Cardenas, and Prinyarux as Scarlet Knights.
