Men’s Golf Prepares for Rutherford Intercollegiate

PISCATAWAY, N.J. – Rutgers men's golf competes at the Rutherford Intercollegiate from April 17-18 in State College, Pennsylvania. The three-round, 54-hole tournament, hosted by Penn State, will be played on the Penn State Blue Course, a par 71, 7,219-yard venue.

Rookie Rhett Sellers carded a two-under-par 69 and Rutgers men's golf moved up five spots in the final round to finish fourth at the Irish Creek Intercollegiate on April 3 in Kannapolis, North Carolina. The Scarlet Knights fired off a one-over-par 285 in the final round for the biggest move up the team leaderboard in round three, as senior Christopher Gotterup and sophomores Xavier Marcoux and Luke Wells all finished within the top 20 of the 84-player field at the Club at Irish Creek.
