
Gymnastics Selected for Super 16 Season Opening Meet in Las Vegas

Scarlet Knights will take part in inaugural event, the largest gymnastics invitational in the sport’s history
LAS VEGAS – Rutgers gymnastics will open the 2023 season on Fri., Jan. 6 at the inaugural Super 16 presented by Ozone at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The Super 16 presented by Ozone, the largest women's collegiate invitational with more than 300 gymnasts, opens the first day of the women's 2023 collegiate season. The two-day competition has four competitive sessions, with team, all-around and event champions for each session. All-session tickets go on sale to the public today.
Rutgers' pod will be announced shortly. The Super 16 field will include the last six NCAA national team champions – Oklahoma, Michigan, and UCLA. Rutgers will also be joined by Arizona State, Auburn, BYU, Fisk, Oregon State, Southern Utah, Stanford, California, Georgia, Iowa, UNC, and Washington.
All-session tickets range from $79 to $291 plus fees and may be purchased online through the Orleans Arena website. Discounted tickets will be available through participating gym clubs.
