  • RU never trailed in the game, outshot the Blue Hens, 35-19, and caused 17 turnovers. Junior Cassidy Spilis produced a hat trick to go along with four draw controls, two ground balls and two caused turnovers. Classmate Meghan Ball added a game-high six draw controls and three caused turnovers.
IN THE RANKINGS
  • Rutgers remained No. 17 in the ILWomen/IWLCA poll and moved back one spot to No. 17 in the Nike/USA Lacrosse Top 20. Six Big Ten programs – No. 5 Northwestern, No. 8 Maryland, No. 11 Michigan, No. 17 Rutgers, No. 21 Johns Hopkins and No. 25 Penn State – are all ranked in the first ILWomen/IWLCA regular-season poll.
MILESTONES
  • Hartshorn (103) and Spilis (102) both secured the 100th draw control of their careers during last weekend's win at Delaware. Ball (99) needs one more draw control to join Hartshorn and Spilis in the exclusive club.
  • Hartshorn is one point away from 100 for her career. She will become the 26th player in program history with 100-plus career points. Hartshorn has produced 55 goals and 44 assists since her first collegiate season in 2019.
  • Naslonski sits at 180 points and 125 goals for her career, both sixth all-time at Rutgers. With 20 points this season, Naslonski can become just the fourth Scarlet Knight with 200 points for her career, joining Denise Reed (232; 1987-90), Katie Batiuk (216; 2004-07) and Heather Jones (206; 1991-94).
  • Spilis (83) is 17 points away from 100 for her career.
