PISCATAWAY, N.J. – No. 14 Rutgers women's lacrosse (4-0) hosts Monmouth (2-0) for a midweek, in-state showdown on Wednesday at SHI Stadium. First draw is set for 5 p.m. ET and will stream on Big Ten Plus. Admission to all 2022 home games is free.
Parking for 2022 women's lacrosse home games is also free, but visitors must register their vehicle with the University through

RU moved to 4-0 for the second time in three seasons under head coach
Melissa Lehman. Rutgers registered its fourth win all-time against the Mountain Hawks, as RU last won versus Lehigh during the 1990 campaign.

Rutgers remained No. 14 in both the ILWomen/IWLCA Coaches poll and the Nike/USA Lacrosse Top 20. Five Big Ten programs are ranked after the first two weeks of the season – No. 4 Maryland, No. 6 Northwestern, No. 8 Michigan, No. 14 Rutgers and No. 20 Johns Hopkins. Penn State also received votes in the coaches poll.

- Naslonski (194) is just six points away from becoming the fourth player in RU history to produce 200 career points. joining Denise Reed (232; 1987-90), Katie Batiuk (216; 2004-07) and Heather Jones (206; 1991-94).

Scouting Monmouth
The Hawks enter Wednesday night's game after it delivered a 12-11 come-from-behind road victory last Saturday at LIU. Down by three, 8-5, with just over six minutes left on the clock in the third, Mary Kate George scored to spark a 7-1 run that lasted until the 3:45 mark of the final frame. During that stretch, five different Hawks found the back of the net against the Sharks.
Caroline Brennan leads Monmouth with 10 points on six goals and four assists. On defense, Danielle McNeely has caused a team-high five turnovers and four ground balls. Kennedy Fruit and Madi Bednarik have split time in cage for the Hawks.
Series vs. Monmouth
Rutgers leads the all-time series with Monmouth, 14-3. The Scarlet Knights lost the last meeting between the two schools, a 16-12 win for the Hawks on March 4, 2020 in West Long Branch.
