COLLEGE PARK, MD. – Continuing Big Ten play, Rutgers tennis dropped its matchup at Maryland by a score of 7-0 on Saturday afternoon in College Park.
Senior
Tess Fisher fought to a third set in her matchup at No. 1 singles. Fisher recorded a 6-3 win in the first set. She was then edged 6-3 in the second and 10-5 in the decisive set.
Sophomore
Alisa Prinyarux also pushed to a three-set match at No. 6 singles. Prinyarux started off the matchup with a 7-6 win before being edged by scores of 6-2 in the second and 10-3 in the final.

Rutgers wraps up its Spring Break trip with a visit to Penn on Sunday, March 20. The Scarlet Knights matchup with the Quakers was rescheduled to this date and now marks RU's third road matchup in the last six days. Start time is set for 1 PM ET.
