
Tennis Concludes Home Dates With Purdue & Indiana

Scarlet Knights host Big Ten action for the final time in 2022 at the East Brunswick Racquet Club
PISCATAWAY, N.J. – Rutgers tennis plays its final home matches at the East Brunswick Racquet Club against Purdue on Fri., April 15 at 12 p.m. and Indiana on Sun., April 17 at 11 a.m.
The Scarlet Knights will honor its three members of the RU Class of 2022 on Senior Day before Sunday's match.
Rutgers concludes the 2022 regular season on the road on Fri., April 22 at Penn State and Sun., April 24 at Ohio State.

The Scarlet Knights will honor its three members of the RU Class of 2022 on Senior Day before Sunday's match.
- Tess Fisher is a team captain and competes in her 68th match as a Scarlet Knight on Sunday with 24 singles wins and 32 doubles victories since 2019. All but five of her singles matches throughout her college career have come at the first and second positions. She is a two-time Big Ten Athlete of the Week, including this season's honor in February after recording the program's first ranked singles win. Tess is a two-time Team Grit Award winner, an ITA Scholar Athlete, a Big Ten Distinguished Scholar and an inductee into the Chi Alpha Sigma student-athlete honor society. She will graduate from Rutgers with a degree in psychology.
- Sydney Kaplan appears on Sunday for the 61st time as a Scarlet Knight with 28 career singles victories and 19 doubles wins. She has combined for 13 wins in Big Ten play, including an impressive five singles wins and four doubles triumphs as a freshman in 2019. Sydney works just as hard in the classroom with ITA Scholar Athlete, Big Ten Distinguished Scholar, and Academic All-Big Ten accolades. She will graduate from Rutgers with a degree in exercise science.
- Kristiana Zahare, a four-year Scarlet Knight, plays in her 37th match "On the Banks" on Sunday with 15 singles wins and 10 doubles victories. She is a two-time ITA Scholar Athlete, a Big Ten Distinguished Scholar, two-time Academic All-Big Ten, and an inductee into the Chi Alpha Sigma student-athlete national honor society. Kristiana will earn a degree in psychology from Rutgers in May.
