REHOBOTH BEACH, Del. – Rutgers women's golf finished in fifth place at the Lady Blue Hen Invitational in Delaware on Sunday, wrapping up the fall slate with its second consecutive top-five finish.
The Scarlet Knights posted a 296 in their final round of the weekend to match their round two score.
Leigha Devine paced RU on the individual leaderboard with a t-11 finish. She was joined by a pair of teammates in the top 20, with
Cathi Graf and
Lucrezia Rossettin both finishing in a tie for 19th.

Devine closed out her tournament with a clean final round. She carded 15 pars and birdied hole No. 15 to finish the weekend in a tie for 11th with a 6-over 222 (72-77-73).
Graf improved in each of her rounds on the weekend, closing out the event with a 2-over 74. She collected birdies on No. 7 and 10 to propel her into a t-19 finish, carding an 11-over 227 (77-76-74).
Lucrezia Rossettin had another solid round to finish just two-over in her last two rounds of play. Her final round saw her birdie No. 7 and collect 15 pars to shoot a 1-over 73. Her strong play earned her a top-20 finish at t-19, shooting an 11-over 227 (81-73-73) for the tournament.
Rikke Nordvik was able to finish inside the top-30 with a final-round 76. For the weekend, she shot a 16-over 232 (82-74-76).
Lorena Rossettin rounded out the team performers, shooting a 20-over 236 (83-73-80).
Krystal Li and
Emily James both competed as individuals for RU, with Li shooting a 16-over 232 (80-75-77) and James shooting a 22-over 238 (80-85-73). James' 1-over 73 in the final round was her career-low round and was highlighted by birdies on No. 1 and 13.
The Scarlet Knights will now shift their focus to the spring schedule, which will be announced at a later date.
