Box Score HANOVER, N.H. — The Rutgers women's tennis team took on Dartmouth in singles and doubles competitions on day two of the Big Green Tournament, claiming wins in eight total matches, six singles and two doubles.
 
Minchae Kim and Jackeline Lopez both contributed two victories apiece in singles and doubles matches for the Scarlet Knights.
 
Doubles
 
Rutgers claimed two doubles wins over the Big Green on Saturday. The pairs of Tara Chilton and Kim, and Chloe Brown and Lopez, were the teams to record victories for the Scarlet Knights.
 
Chilton and Kim secured a 6-3 win over Dartmouth's Michela Moore and Lexi Dewire, while Lopez and Brown battled to defeat Ujvala Jupalli and Ameliija Swaffer-Selff, 7-6 (4).
 
Singles
 
In singles competitions, Yana Gurevich, Mai Nguyen, Naomi Karki, Daira Cardenas, Lopez, and Kim all recorded wins over the Big Green.
 
Kim and Lopez earned their second victories of the day in singles play, cruising to a 6-1, 6-3 wins over Swaffer-Selff and Jupalli, respectively.
 
After Gurevich claimed the first set of her match, 6-2, Dartmouth's Brooke Hess took the second, 7-5, however the graduate transfer earned a 10-4 victory in the third set to claim the win.
 
Nguyen battled back from one-set down to defeat Katie Weber, 1-6, 6-1, 10-4, while Cardenas closed out the day with a 7-6 (5), 6-2 victory over Elizabeth Fahrmeier.
