Women's Basketball Announces TV Designations and Times

PISCATAWAY, N.J. – The Big Ten released national television designations and start times for the Rutgers women's basketball 2024-25 schedule Wednesday afternoon.  

The Scarlet Knights will make six appearances on the big screen during the campaign between the Big Ten Network and Fox Sports 1. The entire 2024-25 Rutgers women's basketball season is presented by Prudential. 

RU will make its first appearance on the Big Ten Network against Marquette on Friday, Nov. 29. The 2 p.m. start will kick off the two-day Battle On The Banks Tournament, in partnership with J5 Inc., hosted at Jersey Mike's Arena.  

Rutgers' next two TV games will also be on BTN, starting with conference newcomer USC on Sunday, Jan. 5 at 8 p.m. The team will then travel to Michigan on Saturday, Jan. 18 where they will again appear on the network at 12 p.m.  

The lone Fox Sports 1 game will be against another new addition to the league in UCLA on Thursday, Jan. 23 at 7 p.m. 

RU will end its time on TV with two more Big Ten Network games, first at Indiana on Thursday, Feb. 6 at 6 p.m. and then back "On The Banks" versus Northwestern on Monday, Feb. 17 at 8 p.m. 

The remaining 15 regular season home games will be available to stream on B1G+. 

All Big Ten Network, FOX and FS1 on-air games will also be streamed nationwide via the web, smartphones, tablets and connected devices on the FOX Sports App. More than 100 additional games also will be streamed on B1G+, with a full schedule available online at bigtenplus.com.
