BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Rutgers freshman
Katerina Hoffman placed eighth on 3M at the 2024 USA Diving Winter Nationals on Sunday.
The Scarlet Knight made her fourth-straight Winter Nationals appearance, finishing with a combined score of 495.85 over her 10 dives, moving up from her 12th-place finish in prelims with a 247.00.
Previously at Winter Nationals on 3M, Hoffman took 18th in the semifinals in 2023, 15th in the prelims in 2022 and 23rd in prelims in 2021.
On Thursday at Winter Nationals, Hoffman took fourth on synchronized 3M while fellow freshman
Bailee Sturgill won the synchronized 3M title. Hoffman also competed on 1M on Friday finishing 11th during prelims.
