PISCATAWAY, N.J. - Rutgers field hockey was recognized with 16 student-athletes on the NFHCA's National Academic Squad. Rutgers continually performs well in the classroom, with a second straight season of at least 16 student-athletes earning this recognition. 

Sponsored by OPA Winning Teams, the NFHCA National Academic Squad program exalts the academic brilliance of undergraduate collegiate student-athletes. This prestigious acknowledgment is reserved for individuals who have achieved an outstanding cumulative grade-point average of 3.5 or higher through the fall semester of the current academic year, nominated by their devoted NFHCA member coaches.
