PISCATAWAY, N.J. – Graduate student Cassidy Spilis has been named to the Tewaaraton Watch List for the fourth consecutive season, announced Friday afternoon by the Tewaaraton Award Foundation. The list includes the top players from across the country and highlights the early contenders for the 2024 Tewaaraton Award.
 
Spilis is the first student-athlete from Rutgers women's lacrosse to be a four-time member of the Tewaaraton Watch List. The Tabernacle, New Jersey, native was also named a Tewaaraton Award Top 25 member in 2022.
 
A three-time All-American and All-Big Ten selection, Spilis has produced 209 points and 198 goals in 64 career games for the Scarlet Knights. The program's all-time leading point scorer also ranks top-10 'On the Banks' in draw controls (third, 223) and caused turnovers (10^th, 67). Spilis was the 2022 Big Ten Midfielder of the Year and has earned IWLCA All-Region accolades in each of the past three seasons.
