The Scarlet Knights fell to the Terrapins, 67-59, on Tuesday night at Jersey Mike's Arena its Black Excellence game Maryland.

  • Following the break, Adams and Thompson combined for five points to help RU take a 9-8 edge in the contest.
  • Adams added an additional two free throws, before the Terrapins went on an 8-0 run to jump back in front, 16-11, forcing a Rutgers timeout.
  • UMD held its five-point edge heading into the second quarter.
