MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – Rutgers gymnastics dropped a tight dual meet at West Virginia on Sunday, falling by just .225 with a team score of 195.325.

Avery Balser won bars outright with her 9.800, while
Elia Aird,
Emily Leese, and
Gabrielle Dildy shared the vault crown with a 9.800.
Rutgers' best event at WVU was beam with a 48.975, led by
Jacqueline Manifold's 9.850. Dildy scored a 9.825, followed by Aird's 9.800. Manifold's result was good for second place in the event.
Aird returned to the all-around with a solid 38.975.
Emily Leese led RU on the floor, anchoring with a 9.850 and tying for third place.

- Senior Jaidyn Raby hit her career high on vault with a 9.775.
- Freshman Elliot Goldsmith made her collegiate debut scoring on vault with a 9.750.
