PISCATAWAY, N.J. – The Rutgers softball contest with Hofstra scheduled for Wednesday, April 3 has been postponed due to weather.

The game between the Scarlet Knights and Pride will be rescheduled for a later date to be announced.

Rutgers has added another nonconference matchup to the schedule in the meantime. The Scarlet Knights will travel to LIU to meet up with the Sharks on Tuesday, April 16^th at  LIU Softball Complex in Brooklyn, N.Y.

Rutgers will return to the field this weekend for a three-game series with Wisconsin on Friday, April 5 at 3 p.m., Saturday, April 6 at noon and Sunday, April 7 at 1 p.m. Saturday's game with the Badgers will be broadcast live on BTN and will also be Camper Appreciation Day with all camp and clinic participants welcome to join in with anthem buddies, post-game autographs, giveaways and more.
