PISCATAWAY, N.J. — The Big Ten revealed home and road opponents for the Rutgers women's basketball 2024-25 season this afternoon.  

With the additions of USC, UCLA, Oregon and Washington to the conference, this will be the first season with an 18-game league schedule. Each team will have 16 single-game opponents in addition to one home and away matchup.  

The Scarlet Knights will welcome Illinois, Michigan State, Nebraska, Northwestern, Ohio State, Purdue, UCLA and USC to Jersey Mike's Arena this upcoming slate.  

The game between RU and the Trojans will be just the 8th in program history and the first since 2009. The contest against the Bruins will be the first since 1999 and the seventh overall.  

In turn, Rutgers will hit the road to face Indiana, Iowa, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Washington and Oregon.  

The meeting at Eugene, Oregon will be the fourth all-time and first since 2010 while the face off against the Huskies will be the first ever.  

The Scarlet Knights will play Penn State both home and away during the 2024-25 campaign.  

Game dates, times and television designations are still to be determined.
