THE RUNDOWN

Ella Stephenson followed with a single to the opposite side of the field and Lilly Vallimont singled to left to score Putz. With two outs, Madi Ramey singled thru the right side, plating Stephenson, for the 3-0 lead.
  • The game was far from over as RU added a run and had the bases loaded in the seventh with the go-ahead run at first base. The rally saw a Baileigh Burtis fielder's choice, Georgia Ingle single to center and Addie Osborne walk put the Scarlet Knights all aboard. With two outs, pinch hitter Allison Amadio collected an RBI after being hit by a pitch on a 2-2 count to score Burtis.
