2021 (Indoor):
  • Placed fourth in 400m at with a time of 48.55 at the PSU Tri Meet. (Feb 6)
  • Placed fourth in 400m at Penn State Invite. (Jan 23)
  • Finished second in the 400m with a time of 49.54 at the Nittany Lion Opener. (Jan 16)
2019-20 (Indoor):
  • Contributed to ghe 4x00m relay's first place finish with a time of 3:10.97 at the Metropolitan Championships (Jan. 31)
  • Finished second in the 400m at the Metropolitan Championships (Jan.31)
  • Contributed to the 4x400m relay's second place finish with a time of 3:13.18 at the John Thomas Terrier Classic (Jan. 25)
  • Finished second in the 400m with a time of 47.82 at the John Thomas Terrier Classic (Jan. 25)
  • Won the 400m hurdles with a time of 49.07 at the TCNJ Lions Invitational (Jan. 11) 
2019 (Outdoor):
  • Contributed to the 4x400m relay's time of 3:08.55 at the NCAA East Preliminary, finishing 14th at the regional (May 25).
  • Registered a time of 54.25 in the 400m hurdles at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships, while also contributing to the 4x400m relay team's eighth-place finish (May 10-12). 
  • Posted a time of 54.25 in the 400m hurdles at the 125th Penn Relays (April 26).
  • Finished third in the 400m hurdles (56.35) and contributed to the first-place finish for the 4x400m (3:18.28) to help collect the team title at the Metropolitan Championships (April 13). 
  • FInished third in the 400m hurdles (53.26) at the Sam Howell Invitational (April 6).
  • Broke the outdoor record with the 4x400m relay team, posting a time of 3:04.27 also at Florida relays (Mar. 30)
  • Won first place in the 400m hurdles (52.83) at the USF Bulls Invite (Mar. 23).
2018-19 (Indoor): 
  • Contributed to the 4x400m title at the IC4A Championships, earning All-East accolades in the event (Mar. 3). 
  • Broke the indoor school record with the 4x400m relay team, clocking a time of 3:08.00 to finish fourth at the Big Ten Indoor Championships (Feb. 24). 
  • Registered a PR of 48.34 in the 400m at the BU Invite (Feb. 8-9). 
  • Finished third in the 400m (49.35) at the Metropolitan Championships (Feb. 1).  
  • Finished third in the 600m (1.22.78) and fourth in the 60m hurdles (8.36) at the TCNJ Indoor Opener (Dec. 1).
