2022 (Indoor): Placed second with a time of 1:06.46 (500m) at the Wagner Invitational. 

2021 (Outdoor): Placed second with a time of 1:55.06 (800m) at the Rutgers B1G Tri-Meet. 

2019-20 (Indoor):
  • Contributed to a second place finish in the 4x800m with a time of 7:31.12 at the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Championships (March 8)
  • Contributed to the Distance Medley Relay's time of 10:07.44 to finish first at the Metropolitan Championships (Jan. 31)
  • Contributed to the 4x800m relay's time of 7:47.29 to finish first at the Metropolitan Championships (Jan. 31)
  • Claimed first place in the 800m at the Metropolitan Championships (Jan.31)
  • Contributed to the 4x800m relay's time of 7:51.59 to finish 2nd at the TCNJ Lions Invitational (Jan.11)

  • Won the 800m unseeded event with a PR of 1:53.44 at the Sam Howell Invitational (April 6). 
  • Finished second in the 800m (1:54.59) at the Metropolitan Championships (Feb. 1). 
  • Contributed to the distance medley relay's IC4A qualifying time of 10:13.20 at the Terrier Classic (Jan. 26).
2018 (Outdoor)
  • Contributed to the 4x800 relay team’s third-place finish with a time of 7:32.16 in the collegiate event at the Penn Relays (Apr. 28)
  • Finished fifth in the 800m with a time of 1:54.55 at the 2018 Outdoor Metropolitan Championships (Apr. 14)
  • Runner-up in the 800m with at time of 1:55.52 at the Rider 5-Way (Mar. 31)
2017-18 (Indoor) 
  • Registered a PR of 1:56.20 in the 800m at the David Hemery Valentine’s Invitational (Feb. 9-10)
  • Finished fourth in the 800m with a time of 1:56.36 at the Met Championships (Feb. 2)
  • Contributed to the 4x800 relay third-place finish with a time of 7:51.39 at the Met Championships (Feb. 2)
  • Finished fifth in the 800m with a time of 1:59.71 at the Towson Tiger Invitational (Jan. 13)
  • Debuted in the 600m with a time of 1:23.94 at the TCNJ Winter Opener (Dec. 2), finishing sixth in the event

  • Played soccer and ran indoor/outdoor track and field at Egg Harbor Township High School
  • Claimed the NJSIAA Sectional title in the 800m during the 2017 indoor season … also helped Egg Harbor Township to a win in the 4x800m relays at the New Balance Nationals … named Track and Field MVP by thePress of Atlantic City after he claimed both the 800m and 1600m titles at the Atlantic County Championships during the 2016 outdoor season … helped Egg Harbor Township claim its second straight Atlantic County team title … produced an outdoor PR of 1:54.06 in the 800m at the NJSIAA Group 4 State Championships.
  • Member of the two-time (2014-15) Winter Track and Field Group 4 South Jersey Sectional Champion and 2017 Spring Group 4 South Jersey Sectional Champion
  • Individually, a two-time Indoor Group 4 South Jersey 800m sectional champion (2014, 2016 ... Indoor New Balance National Champion in the 4x800 ... First American finisher in the 4x800 at the Penn Relays ... and a two-time All-American.
