2023 (Outdoor): Set a school record with a time of 10.30 (100m) at the Rutgers Relays ... placed third with a time of 10.45 (100m) at the UCF Black & Gold Invitational ... ran as a leg in the 4x400m relay which placed second with a time of 3:16.34 at the Rutgers Relays.

2023 (Indoor): Set a school record with a time of 6.72 (60m) at the Big Ten Championships ... placed first with a time of 20.90 (200m) at the Battle in Beantown ... ran a leg in the 4x400m relay which finished with a time of 3:12.18 at the Battle in Beantown ... placed first to earn gold with a time of 20.73 (200m) at the Big Ten Championships.

2022 (Outdoor): Ran a leg in the 4x100m relay which finished second with a time of 40.56 at the Larry Ellis Invite.

2022 (Indoor): Ran in a leg of the 4x400m relay which placed third with a time of 3:10.33 at the Meyo Invitational ... ran a leg in the 4x200m relay which finished first with a time of 1:26.60 at the Rutgers Open. 

2021 (Outdoor): Set a school record as a leg in the 4x100m with a time of 39.80 which placed first at the Fighting Illini Big Ten Relays … Placed third with a time of 47.91 (400m) at the B1G Invitational … he ran in a leg of the 4x100m relay which placed second with a time of 40.60 at the B1G Invitational … he placed first with a time of 10.90 (100m) at the Rutgers B1G Tri-Meet … he placed first with a jump of 14.69m (triple jump) at the Rutgers B1G Tri-Meet...he placed third with a time of 21.19 (200m) at the Husker B1G Invitational ... he ran in a leg of 4x400m relay which placed second with a time of 3:11.27 at the Husker B1G Invitational ... he placed third with a time of 47.40 (400m) at the Fighting Illini Big Ten Relays ... he ran a leg of the 4x400m relay which placed second with a time of 3:10.28 at the Fighting Illini Big Ten Relays ... he placed first with a jump of 7.22m (long jump) a at the Jesse Owens Invitational. 
  2020 (Indoor):

• Placed eighth in the 400m with a time of 48.24 at the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Championships (March 8)
• Earned a spot on the podium with a fifth place finish in the triple jump (15.11m) at the Big Ten Indoor Championships (Feb. 29)
• Contributed to the 4x400m relay's sixth place finish with a time of 3:10.03 at Arkansas' Tyson Invitational (Feb. 14-15)
• Contributed to the 4x400m relay's third place finish with a time of 3:09.53 at the Meyo Invitational (Feb.8)
• Finished ninth in the long jump with a mark of 7.08m at the Meyo Invitational (Feb.8)
• Contributed to the 4x400m relay's first place finish with a time of 3:10.97 at the Metropolitan Championships (Jan. 31)
• Captured first place in 400m at the Metropolitan Championships (Jan.31)
• Finished third in the triple jump (14.63m) at the John Thomas Terrier Classic (Jan. 25)
• Contributed to the 4x400m relay's second place finish with a time of 3:13.18 at the John Thomas Terrier Classic (Jan. 25)
• Placed fourth in the triple jump with a mark of 15.15m at the Vanderbilt Invitational (Jan 17-18)

2019 (Outdoor):

• East champion in the 4x100 relay after winning at the IC4A Championships (40.30 seconds)
• All-East in the 4x400 relay after finishing 5^th at the IC4A Championships (3:21.16)
• MAAC Championships Rookie of the Meet
• Part of the 4x100 winning relay team at the MAAC Championships (41.01 seconds)
• Ran a leg for the 4x400 relay team that placed second at the MAAC Championships (3:16.13)

• Part of the All-East 4x400 relay team that placed 4^th at the IC4A Championships (3:13.15)
• Won the 400-meter dash at the MAAC Championships (48.41 seconds)
• Ran a leg for the 4x400 relay team that finished 2^nd at the MAAC Championships (3:20.21)
• Placed 5^th in the triple jump at the MAAC Championships (46’0.75”)
• Finished third in the 200-meter dash at the Penn 8-Select (22.22 seconds)
• Placed second in the 400-meter dash at the Penn 8-Select (48.18 seconds)
• Part of the 4x400 relay team that won at the Angry Birds Challenge (3:23.16)

Prior to college: Competed for Coach Joseph Riggi at John P. Stevens High School... 1st Team all conference indoor and outdoor as a junior and senior... 1st team all-New Jersey during the senior indoor season...2nd team all-state in the outdoor triple jump as a senior... school record in the 200 meters, 400 meters, triple jump and long jump... 3-time county champion... NJ Group 4 triple jump state champion...also competed in football and was named third team all-conference
