Prior to Rutgers: Competed at Glen Ridge … senior season cancelled due to COVID-19 pandemic … produced 102 points on 64 goals and 38 assists to go along with 122 ground balls and 115 draw controls during scholastic career … helped Glen Ridge to three consecutive Essex County titles, three straight Super Essex Conference championships and three appearances in the NJSIAA sectional finals from 2017-19 … recognized as a first team All-Super Essex performer as a sophomore and junior … was a captain as a junior and collected 56 points on 33 goals and 23 assists in 2019 … also added 63 draw controls and 42 ground balls in 2019 as a junior … added 37 points with 25 goals and 12 helpers as a sophomore … played club lacrosse with Metro Magic … also lettered in soccer at Glen Ridge, where she earned back-to-back all-conference recognition.
 
Personal: Daughter of Kelly and Jim Grady … has a sister, Colleen, and a brother, Tyler … Colleen currently plays lacrosse at Drexel where she was a first team all-CAA performer in 2019 and the CAA Rookie of the Year in 2018 … Tyler played lacrosse at Wagner from 2018-19 … Kelly Grady played lacrosse at Montclair State … Jim Grady played baseball and football at William Patterson.
