Biography

As a senior (2016): Saw action in 12 games, starting 10...posted five kills in the opener vs. St. John’s (8/26)...earned first start of the season in win over Rider (8/26), notching four digs, a kill and a block...added nine kills and three blocks in the victory over Iona (9/2)...posted five kills at Indiana (10/14).

As a junior (2015): Saw action in 11 matches, starting four... recorded 12 kills in the straight set sweep of Howard (Sept. 18)…notched 10 kills to finish second on the stat sheet against then-No. 9 Illinois (Oct. 26) … posted two kills and a block against then-No. 16 Wisconsin (Oct. 9) … registered three kills against then-No. 11 Minnesota (Oct. 11)…posted four kills and two digs at No. 16 Illinois (Nov. 13).

As a sophomore (2014):Saw action in 13 matches, starting in five ... made her first appearance in the match at then-No. 16 Illinois (Sept. 27) ... notched four kills, along with a block and a dig at then-No. 6 Wisconsin (Oct. 10) .. recorded a season-high eight kills against Maryland (Oct. 25) ... earned the starting nod in the match against Iowa (Nov. 1) ... led the squad with a season-high 11 kills at then-No. 12 Illinois (Nov. 16) ... paced the squad with a team-high 10 kills in the match at then-No. 16 Purdue (Nov. 19) ... tied for the team lead with seven kills at Michigan State (Nov. 22).

As a freshman (2013): Saw action in 22 matches, starting 13 ... finished third on the team in kills with 148 kills ... named to the Indiana Invitational All-Tournament Team ... received American Athletic Conference Freshman of the Week honors on Nov. 25 after notching back-to-back double-digit kill efforts against Temple (Nov. 22) and Memphis (Nov. 24) ... managed double-digit kills on seven different occasions, including three times in Rutgers' final four games ... led RU to its lone AAC win of the year with a team-high 17 kills on 44 attempts (Nov. 22) against Temple on Nov. 22 ... registered an 11-kill, nine-dig performance against Seton Hall (Sept. 11) ... tallied a double-double of 22 kills (career/season-high) and 10 digs versus Robert Morris (Aug. 31) ... tied for the team-lead with 10 kills in the match versus Kent State (Aug. 30).

High School: Four years of varsity volleyball at La Cañada High School ... helped her team to four Rio Hondo League Championships (2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012) ... earned Rio Hondo League MVP twice (2011, 2012) ... two-time First Team All-Area (2011, 2012) from the Pasadena Star News, Glendale News Press and La Cañada Valley Sun ... named Second Team All-Area by the Los Angeles Daily News as a junior and senior ... member of the San Gabriel Valley Pasadena Star News All-Star Team as a starter in 2012 and as a starter in the underclassmen game in 2011 ... qualified for Junior Nationals in the 18 American Division as a senior, Junior Nationals 17 American Division as a junior and Junior Nationals 16 National Division as a sophomore ... recognized with the La Cañada High School Career Athlete Award ... earned all-tournament accolades at the MLK Speak Easy Tournament (2011) and the Gahr Molten Classic (2010) ... named Second Team All-Rio Hondo League as a freshman in 2009 ... member of the Second Team All-Area from the Glendale News Press, Burbank Leader and the Valley Sun, while being named All-Area Honorable Mention from the Los Angeles Daily News in 2009.
