2018-19 (Indoor)

  • Posted an IC4A qualifying time of 21.86 in the 200m and a personal-best time of 6.99 in the 60m at the Terrier Classic (Jan. 26).
  • Finished third in the 200m (21.87) at the TCNJ Lions Indoor Invite (Jan. 12).

2018 (Outdoor):

  • Earned Second Team All-America status with the 4x400 relay team, clocking a time of 3:06.30 at the NCAA Outdoor Championships to finish 11th in the nation (Jun. 6)
  • Clocked a time of 10.94 in the 100m and a result of 22.16 in the 200m at the Big Ten Championships (May 11-13)
  • Helped the 4x400 relay team secure the No. 2 seed in the finals at Penn Relays (Apr. 27)
  • Contributed to the 4x400 team’s runner-up time of 3:08.36 at the Virginia Challenge (Apr. 20)
  • Also recorded a time of 21.88 in the 200m at the Virginia Challenge (Apr. 20)

  • Contributed to the 4 x 400 relay victory with a time of 3:11.51 at the SPIRE Institute Invitational (Feb. 9-10)
  • Runner-up in the 200m with a season-best time of 22.04 at the Penn 8-Team Select (Jan. 20)
  • Contributed to the 4 x 400 victory also at the Penn 8-Team Select (Jan. 20)
  • Placed third in the 200m with a result of 22.22 at the Towson Tiger Invitational (Jan. 14)
  • Contributed to the 4 x 400 runner-up finish also at the Towson Tiger Invitational (Jan. 14)

2016-17 (Outdoor):

  • A member of the winning 4x400 and 4x100 relays at the Colonial Relays
  • Ran the fastest 100m prelim at the Metropolitan Championships
  • Ran a collegiate best 10.76-second 100m at the USF Bulls Invitational

2016-17 (Indoor):

  • Finished fifth in the 200m dash with a time of 21.57 at the IC4A Championships (March 3-5).
  • Contributed to the third place finish in the 4x400m relay at the Spire Indoor Invitational (Feb. 10-11).
  • Placed second in the 200m dash at the Metropolitan Championships (Feb. 2) with a time of 22.14.
  • Contributed to the first place victory in the 4x400 relay at the Metropolitan Championships (Feb. 2).
  • Finished ninth in the 400m with a time of 49.90 at the Villanova Open (Jan. 27).
  • Made Rutgers debut in the 60m at the Rutgers Invitational (Jan. 7)

Prior to Rutgers:  

  • Competed at Cheshire Academy HS prior to Union County College
  • Finished first in the 100m with a PR of 10.69 at the New England Division III Championships
  • Helped Cheshire Academy capture the 4x100m and 4x400m relay titles at the New England Division III Championships.
