• Finished fifth in the mile run with a time of 8:18.32 at the Penn State Invite. (Jan 23)

2019 Outdoor (Junior): 

• Reset PR in 1500m with at ime of 4:07.02  at the Metropolitan Championships (April 13). 
• Posted a PR of 4:08.44 in the 1500m at the USF Bulls Invitational (Mar. 22-23). 

2018-19 Indoor (Junior): 

• Posted at time of 2:32.62 in the 1000m at the BU Invite (Feb. 9).
• Contributed to the distance medley relay's IC4A qualifying time of 10:13.20 at the Terrier Classic (Jan. 26).

• Bested his time in the 800m with a result of 1:59.31 at the Sam Howell Invitational (Apr. 6)
• Registered a time of 1:59.83 in the 800m and a mark of 4:09.38 in the 1500m at the Rider 5-Way (Mar. 29-31)

• Finished eighth in the 1,000m with a new PR of 2:30.62 at the Met Championships (Feb. 2)
• Contributed to the distance medley relay’s third-place finish with a time of 10:18.60 at the Met Championships (Feb. 2)
• Contributed to the distance medley relay’s runner-up performance with a time of 10:20.12 at the Dr. Sander Invitational (Jan. 26)
• Set a PR in the 800m with a time of 1:58.43 at the Penn 8-Team Select (Jan. 20)
• Finished third in the 1,000m at the TCNJ Winter Opener (Dec. 2)

• Contributed to the second place distance medley relay team at the Metropolitan Championships (Feb. 2-3)
• Ran on the winning 4x880yd and 4x800m relays at the Beantown Challenge (Jan. 14) and Rutgers Invitational (Jan. 6-7), respectively
