2019: Faceoff specialist was 51-of-112 (45.5%) on faceoffs with 34 ground balls ... was 1-1 on face-offs with ground ball in win over Lafayette (Feb.2) ... Was 11-14 on faceoffs with nine ground balls against No. 19 Army (Feb. 16) ... was 3-of-11 on faceoffs with three ground balls against No. 1 Loyola (Feb. 23) ... won 10 faceoffs and collected seven ground balls against No. 16 Lehigh (March 12) ... won two faceoffs at No. 13 Syracuse (March 16) ... won three faceoffs in win over Hofstra (March 23) ... was 16-21 on faceoffs and scooped eleven ground balls  in 11-9 win against Michigan (April 20) and was named Big Ten Freshman of the Week following that performance. 

2018: Took faceoffs in 12 games ... was 56-of-116 (.483) at the 'X' ... had 23 ground balls ... named Academic All-Big Ten ... was 13-of-21 on faceoffs with team-high six ground balls in season-opening win over Robert Morris (Feb. 3) ... went 8-of-17 on faceoffs with four ground balls in win over St. John's (Feb. 10) ... was 6-of-13 on faceoffs with one ground ball at No. 12 Army West Point (Feb. 17) ... was 1-of-3 at the 'X' in win over Fairfield (Feb. 24) ... was 2-of-3 on faceoffs with a ground ball in overtime loss at Princeton (March 10) ... was 1-of-5 on faceoffs with ground ball in win at No. 17 Lehigh (March 14) ... went 12-of-23 at the faceoff 'X' with five ground balls in win over No. 12 Syracuse (March 18) ... went 8-of-15 at the "X" and got four ground balls in win over Delaware (March 24) ... was 2-of-5 on faceoffs in win over No. 17 Michigan (April 8)

2016: Played in 15 games ... was 108-of-203 on faceoffs (.532) and had 32 ground balls ... had two ground balls and was 7-of-18 on faceoffs in win over Michigan (Apr. 10) ... was 12-of-25 on faceoffs with five ground balls in win over No. 9 Johns Hopkins (April 2) ... scooped one ground ball and went 8-of-17 on faceoffs in win over Delaware (Mar. 26) ... was 13-of-19 on faceoffs with game-high 10 ground balls at Princeton (March 14) ... went 9-of-20 at the X at Stony Brook (March 11) ... was 17-of-20 on faceoffs in win at Monmouth with six ground balls (March 5) ... went 10-19 on faceoffs with three ground balls and one caused turnovers at Wagner (March 1)... was 2-5 on faceoffs in win over Fairfield (Feb. 27) ... won four faceoffs and had one ground ball in win over Army (Feb. 20) ... named a gameday captain for game against Army (Feb. 20) ... was 21-of-27 on faceoffs in season opener against St. John's (Feb. 12) and had two assists and four ground balls. 2015: Saw action in four games ... went 0-2 at the faceoff `X' in win against NJIT (March 20) ... was 1-2 on faceoffs vs. No. 6/5 Virginia (Feb. 21) ... went 1-1 on faceoffs at Richmond (Feb. 14) and St. John's (Feb. 7).

Prior to Rutgers: Spent 2014 at Syracuse, lettering in football, where he played in six games... as a senior at Millburn HS named to the New Jersey Interscholastic Lacrosse League Waterman Division first team as well as New Jersey Interscholastic Lacrosse Coaches Association All-State first team ... had a 79.5 winning percentage on faceoffs ... named Millburn High Scholl Varsity Club Athlete of the Year ... team captain in both lacrosse and football ... parents are Steven and Denise Schoen ... has one sister, Samantha.
