2018 (As a senior): Saw action in 18 matches, starting 10 of the last 11…scored the game winner with five minutes left in double overtime at Minnesota (Sept. 30)…registered a shot on goal in win over Delaware (Aug. 17).
2017 (As a junior): Started 16 of 18 matches, logging 1538 minutes of play…registered a career-high three shots in the 0-0 double-overtime draw with then-No. 13 Penn State (Oct. 12)…posted RU’s first shot of the contest in the 0-0 double overtime draw at then-No. 15 Georgetown (Sept. 10).
2016 (As a sophomore): Saw action in 12 matches … earned the first start of her career in the 1-1 draw against Providence (Aug. 21) … logged the full-time against the Friars.
2015 (As a freshman): Saw time in 14 matches … named Big Ten Co-Freshman of the Week on Oct. 20 after scoring the game-winning goal against Ohio State … scored her second game-winning goal of the season in the 39th minute of a 2-0 win vs. Ohio State (Oct. 15) … headed in the game-winning goal, the first of her career, against Loyola Marymount (Aug. 21) to open the season.
Prior to Rutgers: Played club soccer for the PDA Shock … four-year varsity starter at Union HS … served as captain during the 2014 season, when she was also named MVP … an all-Watchung Division and all-conference team selection on defense … a New Jersey Girls Soccer Association (NJGSCA) Top 20 North II Region selection … named a 2014 AP Scholar … also a four-year basketball starter and two-year member of the track and field team … won the high jump at the 2014 Union County Championships.
Personal: Daughter of Ifeoma and Victor … has four siblings: Chioma, Obinna, Nneka, and Onyeka … her sister, Chioma, is a member of the Rutgers women’s rowing team … her older brother, Obinna, also attends Rutgers … majoring in exercise science - applied kinesiology.
