- Reset his PR in the 3000m with at time of 8:18.95 at the IC4A Championships (Mar. 3).
- Registered a PR in the 3000m with a time of 8:23.49 at the BU Invite (Feb. 9).
- Contributed to the first-place finish for the distance medley relay team, while also finishing fourth in the mile at the Metropolitan Championships (Feb. 1).
- Set a new PR in the 5,000m with a time of 14:34.68 at the Terrier Classic (Jan. 26).
2018 Outdoor (Junior):
- Set a new PR in the 1500m with a time of 3:56.49 at the Florida Relays (Mar. 29-31)
2018 Indoor (Junior):
- Set a new PR of 4:12.11 in the mile at the David Hemery Valentine’s Invitational (Feb. 9-10)
- Finished fourth in the 3,000m with a season-best time of 8:38.96 at the Met Championships (Feb. 2)
- Finished fourth in the mile with a time of 4:15.77 at the Dr. Sander Invitational (Jan. 26)
- Runner-up in the 5,000m with a PR of 15:02.22 at the TCNJ Winter Opener (Dec. 2)
2017 Outdoor (Sophomore):
- Ran PR 14:48.21 at the Penn Relays (April 27-29)
- Placed third in the 5K at the Metropolitan Championships (April 14-15) and in the 1500m at the Rider Invitational (April 8)
- Qualified for the IC4A Championships (March 3-5) in the distance medley relay (13th)
- Finished 20th in the Big Ten Championships 3K with a PR 8:28.24
- Finished third in the 3K at the Metropolitan Championships
- Opened the season with a 13th place finish at the Penn 8-Team Select
- Claimed 35th in the Big Ten Championships 1500m (May 13-15)
- Placed seventh in the 1500m at the Larry Ellis Invitational (April 22-23)
- Finished ninth in the 5K at the Metropolitan Championships (April 8-9)
- Ran on the sixth place distance medley relay team at the Colonial Relays (March 31- April 2)
- Qualified for the IC4A Championships (March 4-6) in the distance medley relay (13th)
- Placed 26th in the 3K at the Big Ten Championships (Feb. 26-27)
- Finished fifth in the 3K at the Metropolitan Championships (Feb. 4-5)
- Made collegiate debut by winning the mile and 4x800m relay at the Rutgers Invitational (Jan. 8-9)
Prior to Rutgers: All-state athlete in cross country and track at Allentown … Allentown’s first boys cross country sectional champion … placed within the top-six in the 3200m at the NJSIAA Meet of Champions.
Personal: A human resource management major... Interned at Rutgers Human Resources in summer of 2017... Named to Big Ten Dean's List fall of 2016 and spring of 2017... Proudest sports moment is leading Rutgers to a Top 10 finish at NCAA Regionals... Greatest sports influence is his family.
