2019-20 Indoor (Junior)

• Contributed to a second place finish in the 4x800m with a time of 7:31.12 at the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Championships (March 8)
• Contributed to the 4x800 relay's time of 7:51.59 to finish second at the TCNJ Lions Invitational (Jan. 11)

2019 Outdoor (Sophomore)

• Posted a time of 1:56.66 at the Metropolitan Championships (April 13). 

2018-19 Indoor (Sophomore)

• Contributed to the third-place finish for the 4x800m team at the IC4A Championships, earning All-East accolades in the event (Mar. 3). 
• Finished eighth in the distance medley relay at the Big Ten Indoor Championships, posting a time of 9:55.87 for RU's first ever podium finish in th event at Big Ten's (Feb. 24). 
• Reset PR in the 800m again with a time of 1:53.95 at the BU Invite (Feb. 9). 
• Won the 800m title with a PR of 1:54.13 at the Metropolitan Championships (Feb. 1).
• Contributed to the first-place finish for the 4x800 relay team, posting a time of 7:42.69 at hte Terrier Classic (Jan. 26).
• Finished third in the 800m (1:56.64) at the TCNJ Lions Indoor Invite (Jan. 12).

2018 Outdoor (Freshman): 

• Finished third in the 800m (1:54.76) at the Penn 8-Team Select (Jan. 19).
• Contributed to the 4x800 relay team’s third-place finish with a time of 7:32.16 in the collegiate event at the Penn Relays (Apr. 28)
• Finished fourth in the 800m with a PR time of 1:54.50 at the 2018 Outdoor Metropolitan Championships (Apr. 14)
• Bested his time in the 100m with a result of 1:55.74 at the Sam Howell Invitational (Apr. 6)
• Clocked a time of 1:57.83 in the 800m at the Rider 5-Way (Mar. 31)

2018 Indoor (Freshman):

• Joined the distance medley relay that clocked a result of 10:08.77 in the finals at the IC4A Championships (Mar. 3-4)
• Placed third in the 800m with a PR of 1:55.02 at the Met Championships (Feb. 2)
• Contributed to the 4x800 relay third-place finish with a time of 7:51.39 at the Met Championships (Feb. 2)
• Contributed to the distance medley relay’s runner-up performance with a time of 10:20.12 at the Dr. Sander Invitational (Jan. 26)

• Made collegiate debut in the 600m with a time of 1:25.21 at the TCNJ Winter Open (Dec. 2)

Prior to Rutgers: Four-year varsity participant at Manalapan HS … competed at the NJSIAA Meet of Champions in the 800m … finished ninth with a PR of 1:55.17 in the 800m at the NJSIAA Group 4 State Championships … fourth place in the 800m at the NJSIAA Central Group 1 and 4 Sectionals … competed in the 4x400m relay at the 122nd Penn Relays, where the team finished fifth.
