2021 (Indoor):
  • Placed first with the 4x400 relay team at the PSU Tri Meet. (Feb 6)
  • Contributed to a second place finish in the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:18.50 at the Penn State Invite. (Jan 23)
  • Finished third in the 600m and helped the 4x400m team finish first at Nittany Lion Opener. (Jan 16)
2019-20 (Indoor):
  • Contributed to a first place win in the Distance Medley Relay with a time of 9:54.97 at the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Championships (March 8)
2018 (Outdoor):
  • Earned Second Team All-America status in the 400m hurdles with a time of 51.24 at the NCAA Outdoor Championships, finishing 16th in the nation (Jun. 6)
  • Earned Second Team All-America status with the 4x400 relay team, clocking a time of 3:06.30 at the NCAA Outdoor Championships to finish 11th in the nation (Jun. 6)
  • Advanced to the NCAA Championships in the 400m hurdles with a time of 50.79 to finish 11th in the field and in the 4x400 relay with a team time of 3:06.77 to finish second in the heat
  • Qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary Championships in the 400m hurdles (7th seed) and 4x400 relay (5th seed)
