2019-20 Indoors (Senior):

• Contributed to a first place win in the Distance Medley Relay with a time of 9:54.97 at the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Championships (March 8)
• Set a PR in the 3000m with a time of 8:17.94 at Boston's David Hemery Valentine Invitational (Feb. 14-15)
• Placed third in the mile with a time of 4:14.90 at the Metropolitan Championships (Jan. 31)
• Placed second in the mile with a time of 4:16.87 at the TCNJ Lions Invitational (Jan.11) 

2019 Outdoors (Junior):

• Contributed to the distance medley relay's time of 10:02.75 to finish 10th at the 125th Penn Relays (April 26). 
• Set an outdoor PR of 15:04.84 in the 5000m at the Larry Ellis Invitational (April 20)
• Finished third in the 1500m (3:52.34) to help collect the team title at the Metropolitan Championships (April 13). 
• Posted a PR of 3:52.31 in the 1500m at Florida Relays (Mar. 29). 

2018-19 Indoors (Junior):

• Posted a PR of 14:26.53 in the 5000m at the IC4A Championships (Mar. 3). 
• Finished eighth in the distance medley relay at the Big Ten Indoor Championships, posting a time of 9:55.87 for RU's first ever podium finish in th event at Big Ten's (Feb. 24). 
• Rest his PR in the 3000m with a time of 8:17.82 at the BU invite (Feb. 9). 
• Won the mile with a time of 4:!2.25 at the Metropolitan Championships (Feb. 1).
• Posted a new PR of 4:11.99 in the mile at the Terrier Classic (Jan. 26).
• Finished fifth in the 3000m with a personal-best time of 8:23.17 at the Penn 8-Team Select (Jan. 19).

2018 Outdoors (Sophomore):

• Posted a time of 4:02.15 in the 1500m at the Big Ten Championships (May 11-13)
• Finished sixth with the distance medley relay quartet at Penn Relays, posting a time of 9:59.21 (Apr. 27)
• Clocked a time of 15:21.96 in the 5000m at the 2018 Outdoor Metropolitan Championships (Apr. 14)
• Registered a time of 3:53.60 in the 1500m at the Florida Relays (Mar. 29-31)

2018 Indoors (Sophomore): 

• Joined the distance medley relay that clocked a result of 10:08.77 in the finals at the IC4A Championships (Mar. 3-4)
• Set a new PR of 8:25.37 in the 3,000m at the Big Ten Championships (Feb. 23-24)
• Set a new PR of 4:13.70 in the mile at the David Hemery Valentine’s Invitational (Feb. 9-10)
• Finished sixth in the mile with a time of 4:14.23 at the Met Championships (Feb. 2)
• Won the 3,000m with a time of 8:38.52 at the Towson Tiger Invitational (Jan. 14)

2017 Indoors (Freshman):

• Placed 22nd in the 3K (8:30.82) at the Big Ten Championships (Feb. 24-25)
• Took fourth in the 3K (8:37.27) at the Metropolitan Championships (Feb. 2-3)
• Member of the winning 4x880yd relay team ... placed 13th in the mile at the Beantown Challenge (Jan. 14)
• Made collegiate debut with a fourth place finish in the 3K at the Rutgers Invitational

Prior to Rutgers: Finished first with a PR of 15:38.2 at the South Jersey Open as a senior at Eastern Senior … collected a second-place result at the Shore Coaches Invitational … also placed third at both the South Jersey Shootout and Olympic Conference Championships.

Personal: A economics and Spanish dual major... Plans on a career in economic development and urban planning... Member of Athletes in Action...Works as a lifeguard during summer break... Named Academic All-Big Ten... A decent beat-boxer... Proudest sports moment was committing to Rutgers... Greatest sports influence is his father, who was a collegiate runner at Widener.
