2018 Outdoor (Redshirt Senior): 
- Set a PR in the long jump with a mark of 6.41m (21’ 0.5”) at the Rider 5-Way (Mar. 31)
- Recorded a throw of 30.79m (101’) in the discus also at the Rider 5-Way (Mar. 31)

2017-18 Indoor (Redshirt Senior):
- Posted a season-best jump of 1.85m (6’ 0.75”) in the high jump at the David Hemery Valentine’s Invitational (Feb. 9-10)
- Finished eighth in the shot put with a PR of 12.55m (41’ 2.25”) at the Met Championships (Feb. 2)
- Finished ninth in the high jump with a mark of 1.84m (6’ 0.5”) also at the Met Championships (Feb. 2)

2017 Indoor (Redshirt Junior):
- Finished 36^th in the long jump at the Valentine Invitational (Feb. 10-11).
- Won the Heptathlon at the Metropolitan Championships (Feb. 2) with 4999 points.
- Placed third in the high jump at the Villanova Open (Jan. 27) with a mark of 6' 1.5''.

2015-16 (Redshirt Sophomore): 
- Helped Rutgers finish third in the distance medley relay at the Metropolitan Indoor Championships

2014-15:
- Missed the entire 2014-15 season due to injuries

2013-14 (Freshman):
- 2nd Place Indoor Metropolitan Championships - Heptathlon
- American Athletic Conference Placewinner - Decathlon

Prior to Rutgers:
- One of the top hurdlers in New York
- NY State Sectional Champion - Pentathlon
- NY State Sectional Record Holder - 110H
- NY All State - Pentathlon

Personal:
- A human resources management major ... plans on a career in executive compensation management
- An accomplished trumpet player in high school
- Interned at Ameriprise Financial, Johnson & Johnson and Realogy
- A Big Ten Distinguished Scholar, National College Athlete Honors Society member
- Volunteered on a mission to build a church in Haiti
- Toured Europe in a jazz band
