Demos' All-Time Results

2019 Outdoor (Senior) 
- Contributed to the second-place finish for the 4x800m relay team (7:46.96) to help collect the team title at the Metropolitan Championships (April 13). 

2019 Indoor (Senior):
- Contributed to the first-place finish for the distance medley relay team at the Metropolitan Championships (Feb. 1). 

2018 Indoor (Junior):
- Ran a season-best 1:57.71 in the 800m at the Penn 8-Team Select (Jan. 20)
- Ran a 1:25.63 in the 600m at the TCNJ Winter Open (Dec. 2)

2017 Outdoor (Sophomore):
- Contributed to the second place 4x800m relay team at the Metropolitan Championships (April 14-15)

2017 Indoor (Sophomore):
- Finished 106th in the 800m at the Valentine Invitational (Feb. 10-11).
- Contributed to the 31st place finish in the 4x400 at the Valentine Invitational (Feb. 10-11).
- Contributed to the third place finish in the 4x800 relay at the Metropolitan Championships (Feb. 2).
- Contributed to the second place finish in the distance medley relay at the Metropolitan Championships (Feb. 2).
- Finished 17th in the 800m at the UPenn 8-Team Select (Jan. 21).

- A finance major with minor studies in economics ... Plans on a career in sales and trading
- Member of Rutgers SAAC and Hellenic Club
- Interned as a Financial Advisor Analyst at Merrill Lynch
- Earned Dean's List recognition each semester at Rutgers
- Proudest sports moment is running in the championship race at high school nationals in the 4x800m, then being able to continue career at Rutgers
