Violation of NCAA Rules
Compliance with NCAA rules requires the efforts of everyone associated with an institution's athletic program.
It is the obligation of every Rutgers University employee and student-athlete to report any and all suspected violations of NCAA rules. Rutgers University students, individuals outside Rutgers University with any relationship to the university (e.g., athletic boosters) and members of the general public are expected to report any and all suspected violations of NCAA rules directly to the Division of Intercollegiate Athletics
