OUTSTANDING STUDENTS PROGRAM

Rutgers Athletics has announced a special opportunity for teachers and administrators to celebrate your students. The Outstanding Student Program allows your most exceptional students to attend a Rutgers football game for FREE.

The program includes:

Free ticket to the Rutgers football game vs. TBD
Participation in the traditional Scarlet Walk as the team enters the stadium
Voucher for a free hot dog and fountain soda
First 50 kids to redeem their voucher will be announced on stage at the Rutgers Block R Party before the game

Participating schools will create the metrics to bestow the honor of "Outstanding Student". Examples include honor roll, attendance, good behavior, completion of a reading program, etc. Teachers are encouraged to be creative in deeming the criteria of their program.

All students that achieve the "Outstanding Student" distinction will receive a voucher from which their parent/guardian can call to claim their free Rutgers football ticket. Additionally, the parent/guardian accompanying the student to the game will have the chance to purchase tickets at a discounted rate.

The program is open only to elementary and middle schools. All tickets must be purchased in advance and all students must be accompanied by an adult.
