ARENA ENTRY
With a fully sold-out Rutgers Men's Basketball season and to ensure a smooth entry process gates for all Rutgers Men's Basketball games will now open 90 minutes prior to tip-off. Gate A and Gate B are general public entrances, with Gate B serving as the student entrance.
PARKING
Parking lots are set to open two hours prior to tipoff. The Green Lot is reserved for guests who purchased a green lot parking pass. The yellow lot is a ticket lot on game day, and fans can purchase a parking pass on the day of the game upon arrival for the cost of $30. A map of the parking lots can be found

TICKET INFORMATION
The Jersey Mike’s Arena ticket window opens 2 hours prior to men’s basketball home games. General Will call is located at the box office. Fans will be able to leave tickets for others here. Ticket recipients will be required to show identification upon picking up the tickets.

BAG POLICY
Approved clear bags are permitted for entry through all arena gates. Fans are permitted to walk through the weapons detection system with an approved bag. A full list of approved bag sizes and dimensions are available
here. An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection. All bags are subject to search upon request by public safety personnel.
WEAPONS DETECTION SYSTEM
To enhance game day security for fans, guests, and staff coming into Jersey Mike's Arena, a Weapons Detection System will be installed at all gates this basketball season. The system is designed to assess metal density for patrons walking through the system. Patrons DO NOT have to empty their pockets prior to walking through the pillars. Further screening will be required if guests walk through the system and the light turns red. Event staff will utilize a hand wand as a part of the additional screening process.
CLOSED CAPTIONS
A new mobile closed caption system will be in effect at Jersey Mike's Arena. It can be accessed via the Scarlet Knights App or following the link
here on any mobile device.
STUDENT BUSES
A new student bus loop from the College Avenue campus will run directly to Livingston starting 3 hours before tip. The bus will run from the College Ave Gym to Jersey Mike's Arena and will be running through the start of the game.
SCARLET KNIGHTS APP
Download the new and improved Scarlet Knights App, available on iOS and Android phones. Fans will need the app to manage their game day tickets. The Scarlet Knights App also features news, updates and push notifications for the latest events and information for all Rutgers Athletics programs.
