2019 Outdoor (Junior)
- Contributed to the 4x800m relay's time of 7:47.06 to finish 8th at the 125th Penn Relays (April 27).
- Finished seventh in the 800m (1:54.66) to help RU collected the team title at the Metropolitan Championships (April 13).
2018-19 Indoor (Junior)
- Contributed to the third-place finish for the 4x800m team at the IC4A Championships, earning All-East accolades in the event (Mar. 3).
- Posted an IC4A standarded mark in the 800m with a time of 1:54.25 at the BU Invite (Feb. 9).
- Finished fourth in the 800m (1:55.69) at the Metropolitan Championships (Feb. 1).
- Contributed to the first-place finish for the 4x800 relay team, posting a time of 7:42.69 at hte Terrier Classic (Jan. 26).

- Recorded a PR in the 800m with a time of 1:51.66 at the Big Ten Championships (May 11-13)
- Contributed to the 4x800 relay team’s third-place finish with a time of 7:32.16 in the collegiate event at the Penn Relays (Apr. 28)
- Posted a time of 1:54.27 to lead RU in the 800m at the Larry Ellis Invitational (Apr. 21)
- Finished third in the 800m with a PR time of 1:53.96 to help guide RU to the 2018 Outdoor Metropolitan Championship title (Apr. 14)

- Contributed to the second place finish in the 4x800m relay at the IC4A Championships (March 3-5).
- Placed 60th in the 800m run with a time of 1:55.02 at the Valentine Invitational (Feb. 10-11).
- Contributed to the 31st place finish in the 4x400 at the Valentine Invitational (Feb. 10-11).
- Contributed to the 6th place finish in the distance medley relay at the Valentine Invitational (Feb. 10-11).
- Finished sixth in the 800m at the Metropolitan Championships (Feb. 2) with a time of 1:56.46.
- Placed eighth in the 800m at the Villanova Open (Jan. 27) with a time of 1:56.62.
- Finished 13th in the 800m at the UPenn 8-Team Select (Jan. 21).
Prior to Rutgers: Three-year varsity participant at Christian Brothers Academy HS … competed in the 800m at the NJSIAA Non-Public A State Championships … helped CBA secure the 4x1600m relay title at the Monmouth County relays … also contributed to 4x1500m relay victory at the NJ Catholic Track Conference Relays … finished fourth in the 800m with a PR of 1:56.17 at the NJSIAA Indoor Meet of Champions during the indoor season … first place in the 800m at the NJSIAA Non-Public A Indoor Championships … First Team All-Shore by the Asbury Park Press.
