Cam Allen

Cam Allen joined Rutgers women's soccer for the 2022 season as the director of tactical analysis. Allen also works at Advanced Physical and Technical Training (AP2T), where he is a trainer working alongside his brother RJ Allen, Mike Olim, and Matt Nigro. 

Allen graduated from William Paterson in 2020 before pursuing a career in professional soccer, traveling to Memphis, Loudoun, and Dallas. In college soccer, Allen scored 21 goals and tallied 11 assists in 64 matches at Siena and William Paterson. He was named All-America and All-NJAC First Team after his senior season at William Paterson after a 23-point season on 10 goals and three assists, with three game-winning goals.

Prior to college soccer, Allen played his youth career in the USSDA/Academy system at some of the top clubs in the tri-state area. He played with the New York Redbulls before moving to PDA (Players Development Academy), playing his last three years at the Academy level.
