Ruben Cisneros joined the Rutgers Strength and Conditioning Department in 2020.
A seasoned specialist in strength and conditioning for soccer programs at all levels, Cisneros has worked with the Chicago Fire in Major League Soccer, with Loyola (Md.), Mount St. Mary's and DePaul in the college ranks and with the FC Barcelona Residency Academy in developing youth players. Youth Collegiate and Professional.
Cisneros acquired his USAW Level 1 Certification to add to his current CSCS through the NSCA licenses.
When he's not surrounded by soccer, Cisneros coaches and competes in boxing.
He earned his Bachelors of Science in exercise and sports science with a minor in nutrition from Wisconsin-La Crosse in 2015 and a Masters in Sport Management from Mount St Mary’s University, Maryland in 2017.
