Victoria Velez joined Rutgers Athletics in 2024. She currently serves as Assistant Director of Marketing, Game Presentation and Fan Experience.

In her current role, Velez oversees the marketing efforts for the Scarlet Knightsā gymnastics, men's soccer, women's soccer and softball programs, while assisting with football, menās basketball and womenās basketball on game day. Velez also manages the internship program for the marketing department and coordinates logistics for the Rutgers Boardwalk.

Velez began her tenure at Rutgers as an intern in the business office. She was also the McLendon Foundation Fellow with Rutgers Athletics in 2024-25, gaining experience with different units across the athletic department.

A native of Hightstown, Velez graduated from Seton Hall with her bachelorās degree in business management in 2023 and her MBA in finance in 2024.
