The person I most admire is and why: The people I admire the most are my mom and dad. They have always encouraged me to pursue my dreams and to never give up. They are resilient, selfless and kind and are my two biggest heroes.

Person who had greatest influence on my athletics career: my mom and dad
I started playing my sport because…: I have loved the water since I was a baby and swimming has always brought me a lot of happiness
I chose Rutgers because…: I felt at home the moment I stepped on campus and met the team. The coaches all have a vision for me and I believe will help me reach my potential as an athlete. This, combined with the excellent facilities and academics made choosing Rutgers easy.
