- 2017 NCAA Championships qualifier in the 100 backstroke, 200 backstroke and 400 IM, resetting the 200 Back school record in 1:53.74 in a 31st place national finish
- Finished with a school-record time of 1:53.94 in the 200 backstroke and contributed to a program record of 3:37.13 in the 400 medley relay at the 2017 Big Ten Swimming and Diving Championships (Feb. 16-18)
- Finished first in the 200 backstroke against Cincinnati and Virginia Tech (Jan. 20-21)
- collected three NCAA B cuts, three individual titles and set a pool record in the 200 backstroke during the Bruno Invitational (Dec. 2-4)
- Named Big Ten Swimmer of the Week (Nov. 23)

- Placed first in the 200 back with a time of 1:55.96, an NCAA B-cut, at the ECAC Championships (Feb. 28)
- Finished fifth in the 200 back at the Big Ten Championships with a PR of 1:55.02 (Feb. 20)
- Also contributed a NCAA B-cut in the 100 back with a PR of 53.91 at the conference event (Feb. 19)
- First in the 100 back with a time of 56.20 during dual meet with New Hampshire (Jan. 30)
