
Men's Lacrosse TV Schedule Announced

PISCATAWAY, N.J. – The full slate of television coverage has been announced for Rutgers men's lacrosse, and the team will make five appearances on national television this season. All five of RU's Big Ten Conference games will be televised, with four on Big Ten Network and one on ESPNU.
The Scarlet Knights open conference play Sunday, April 1 at 7 p.m. against Johns Hopkins on Big Ten Network. RU has won two of the past three matchups against the Blue Jays, who are currently ranked No. 8 nationally in the Inside Lacrosse Media Poll.
On Sunday, April 8, RU will host Michigan. The game, a noon start for Senior Day and Alumni Appreciation Day, will be broadcast nationwide by ESPNU.
The following week, Rutgers takes a road trip to the defending national champions. Big Ten Network will broadcast the contest at No. 1 Maryland on Sunday, April 15 at 7 pm.
The Scarlet Knights home finale comes on Sunday, April 22 against No. 12 Penn State. That game will be under the lights on Big Ten Network, with the first faceoff at 7 p.m.
The regular season finale is a Saturday afternoon game at Ohio State. That April 28th matchup is set for 4 p.m. in front of the BTN cameras.
Additionally, the Big Ten Network will televise both Big Ten Tournament semifinals and the Big Ten Tournament championship game. That tournament will be held May 3-5 in Ann Arbor, Mich., with the top four Big Ten teams qualifying.
The remaining three home contests, against Fairfield (Feb. 24), No. 7 Syracuse (March 18) and Delaware (March 24) will be streamed by BTN Plus. This weekend is a matchup of two top-12 programs, as No. 10 Rutgers travels to meet No. 12 Army West Point. That game will be broadcast by the Patriot League Network. That channel, a free online broadcast, will also show RU's lone midweek game of the season, March 14 at Lehigh. The other two games, at Brown (March 3) and at Princeton (March 10), will be streamed by the Ivy League Digital Network, making all Rutgers games this season available to be watched live.
